Amulet of Lilith - Nazi hunter, Jewish mystic, Ballerina, Dweller of the Underworld, Fashionista all wrapped up in a super-heroine dedicated to avenging her family's death at the hands of the Nazis during WWII. The book bounces between the 1940s and the present day. The comic panels are black and white for the 1940s and in color for present day. Lilith Jegar was a famous ballerina during WWII, she and her Jewish family were captured by the Nazis and taken to Auschwitz concentration camp. Lilith was subjected to experiments by the evil Dr. Mengele which allows her to survive with out aging to this day. Unfortunately she is not the only one who has not aged.

The Amulet of Lilith is the source of her power, embedded into her skin by an evil Nazi experiment gone wrong. Lilith use the Amulet's power to increase her skills of Jewish mysticism. The Hamsa amulet has a gorgeous blue stone just like in the comic book. The symbol represents the hand of God and brings the wearer Luck, Health, Happiness and Good Fortune.
The Hamsa hand has always been associated with a female entity offering protection from evil and misfortune.
The color blue for the stone is thought to protect against the evil eye in Mediterranean cultures, the stone in the amulet plays a role by kabbalistic theology, symbolism, and myth in the construction of the color blue as a protective color for Jews.
