"The author is really quite good at describing scenes in supreme detail and taking the time to flesh out the characters so that you have an inkling about what makes them tick. Then, he expertly mates all of that to fast-paced action that will keep you turning pages long after you should have gone to bed! The cherry on top for me was enough historical references featuring people and period locations to make everything feel believable."

"I downloaded this after seeing an advertisement with no expectations. It's not nearly as sci-fi as you'd expect when you read the concept. That's not a negative by any means. It's a page turner full of fun characters that find themselves thrust together. If you like pure fun that you won't want to put down give it a chance!"
